Dick Morris to Newsmax TV: Republicans at Fault for Not Policing Ballot Drop Boxes (Newsmax TV's "American Agenda")

Presidential political strategist Dick Morris says Republicans are at fault for not policing ballot drop boxes.

"Republicans are entirely at fault for this, because of their total failure to police this and to catch it or to realize even what was happening, and I take blame for this," Morris told Newsmax TV's "American Agenda" on Wednesday.

"I was on the phone with Trump almost every at and we had no idea what was going on. When we thought [House Speaker Nancy] Pelosi asked for the extra money for the post office we thought, 'yeah, she's just feeding her union members in the post office and using the virus as an excuse.'

"Then we opposed the mail-in voting; we had no idea we were driving them to drop boxes and that's where the fraud would occur."

Morris said he could not offer any evidence that fraud occurred, "but I'm confident that we will" after Phill Kline of the Amistad Project completes his investigation into drop boxes.

"What needs to happen here is a congressional investigation of the drop boxes and of Dominion," Morris said.

Kline earlier Wednesday said Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg and other high-tech interests coordinated to "use government to improperly influence the election of Joe Biden."

Zuckerberg and his wife, Priscilla Chan, donated $400 million to help local election offices during the pandemic.
